Getting Started
How do I create my first calculation?
Navigate to Calculations > New Calculation. Fill in the route details, fuel consumption, and port costs. FR8 will automatically calculate your freight rate.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Team & Collaboration
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Team and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email and select their role. They'll receive an invitation to join your account.
Can I share calculations with external partners?
Yes! Use the Share feature on any calculation to invite external contacts. They can view and bid on shared calculations.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Upgrade Plan'. Select your new plan and complete payment. Changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans.
Data & Security
How is my data protected?
FR8 uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We're hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export calculations, reports, and other data from the platform. Go to Settings > Data Export for options.
